Our Mission
IKWC believes that tomorrow's success is in the hands of today's youth. Our mission is to provide avenues for success, through the sport of wrestling, which afford young people the opportunity to envision and pursue bright futures.
Our Goals
- To build the Incline Wrestling Training Center, a facility where young people will have year-round access to quality coaching and exposure to competition from local through international levels.
- Implement a summer outreach program (project C.H.A.N.G.E.S) for at-risk youths.
- Provide quality coaching and mentorship, for IKWC athletes to reach their academic and athletic goals.
- Provide an avenue for businesses, fans, and former athletes to recieve exposure by supporting tomorrow's champions, today.
- Expose IKWC athletes to scholarship opportunities, and assist them in the transition beyond their prep wrestling careers.
Our Programs
Incline Kids Wrestling Club (IKWC) - IKWC is a chartered member in excellent standing of USA Wrestling, the national governing body for amateur wrestling in the the United States. Wrestling is a fun and exciting sport. Incline Kids coaches are commited to assisting wrestlers in succeeding at all levels through quality instruction and tournament competition.
Mountain Lion & Highlander Wrestling Teams - Many Incline Kids wrestlers also participate with the Incline Middle School and Incline High School Wrestling programs. These wrestlers provide strength and depth to both the IMS and IHS programs, and throughout the years, IKWC wrestlers have always held the role as leaders for both school programs.
Project C.H.A.N.G.E.S - An exciting opportunity for at-risk youth to learn, to grow and succeed in a positive and uplifiting environment.
